Wellness for People in Tech

Burnout at work and in the tech industry in particular is a growing concern. Yet, I see most companies dealing with this by focusing on the surface level strategies - the meditation app, movement challenges…this works but doesn’t help you deal with the root of problem.

In all the work I do, whether it’s a group facilitation session, coaching or a consulting project, I always focus on the root and I personalise my approach based on the needs you have as a company and/or team.

Wellness in the workplace is key to cultivating a vibrant and thriving work culture - if your employees aren’t thriving, your business isn’t. My programs are tailored to your individual business needs and curated for your people.

As a workplace wellness/wellbeing consultant and facilitator, I host wellness activities and workshops for large and small groups (including teams) and offer consulting to fill the gaps in your P&C team.

What I Offer

  • I host virtual seminars (in-person available) for large groups on various wellness topics.

    My workshops are designed to be engaging, thought-provoking and get participants to build awareness of mind and body.

    Book me if you want to inspire your people at your next wellness day or lunch & learn. Topics are driven by a root-cause philosophy with burnout prevention at the core - themes include stress management, setting boundaries, communication and more.

  • Do you have a team or business area that’s particularly stressed out and on sick leave? Are they struggling to prioritise and communicate their needs.

    My facilitation process is tailored to your team and their needs. Often there is more to ‘being stressed’ than meets the eye.

    Once we identify the key focus areas, my group facilitation and workshop will gather valuable insights and have real conversations around struggles.

  • The biggest problem I see with leaders in tech is they struggle to talk about stress in a way that facilitates conversation and insight.

    As a coach, I’ll get to the root of this discomfort with them, give them skills they can use to facilitate conversation and get out of the ‘fixing’ mode.

    This is focused on communication and having supportive conversations with teams.

The Process

  1. Schedule a meeting to discuss your workplace wellness needs.

  2. I’ll tailor a program and/or consulting project specific to your people and their needs and prepare a proposal for your review.

  3. I facilitate virtual or in-person sessions and you decide your level of involvement in it.

  4. Feedback is gathered and shared with you after the event / project is delivered.
