Why Boundaries Are So Hard?
Ever feel stretched too thin by constant demands from family, friends, and colleagues?”
Do you find yourself saying ‘yes’ when you really mean ‘no’ to avoid conflict or guilt?
Does fear of disappointing others keep you from voicing your own needs?
Setting boundaries can feel uncomfortable, especially during busy times like the holidays. Many of us fear rejection, guilt, or creating distance with others when we express our limits. But what if there was a way to communicate boundaries clearly while building connection and reducing stress?

“Hard to pick one thing. First of all Lucia was a very good ‘host’ with great presence. It was also a very good atmosphere in the room for this kind of exercise. The content was also good with examples of reasons why we have boundaries, cues of when boundaries have been violated or and methods for understanding and establishing boundaries.”
“For me it was very valuable to be able to put words on the different barriers to setting boundaries, as well as getting some guidance on how to identify a boundary should be set and the different ways to set a boundary. This is very helpful in having tools to work with!”
“I think that the workshop provided proper tools on how to approach people when it comes to setting boundaries. I also think that the workshop highlighted and worded my experiences in a way that I haven't been able to express myself before.”

Lucia began her career in Europe as a performance marketer in Stockholm's tech scene before launching her own coaching business. Known for her “human” centered approach, Lucia creates a safe space for deep self-reflection and growth, empowering clients to overcome what’s truly holding them back from finding balance—(spoiler: it’s hardly ever about making more plans or writing more post-it notes).
An adventurer at heart, Lucia embraces the discomfort that growth inevitably brings. Since being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in 2016, she has committed to crafting a life she loves. Her journey has taken her from a small town outside Johannesburg to Stockholm, Lisbon, and now, Madrid.
